Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and WestData (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate the App, or create derivative works without authorization. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routes, or pricing, and we will communicate material fee changes where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your account credentials confidential. Rooting or jailbreaking a device may reduce security and can interfere with proper service operation.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools. Your use of those integrated functions may also be subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers.

Service availability depends on a stable network connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. We are not responsible for failures caused by unpaid bills, data limits, weak local signals, or third-party network outages. When the App is used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge for data usage. If roaming charges apply while you travel, those charges remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for how you use the Service. For example, we are not liable if access fails because a device runs out of power, system restrictions interrupt the client, configuration is incorrect, or an update has not been installed. Although we try to provide accurate node and routing information, some operational data may depend on third-party providers, and we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from their performance. We may release updates from time to time to maintain compatibility and security, and continued use of the App means you accept installation of updated versions when reasonably necessary. The Service Provider also reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend or terminate the Service.
